FREMANTLE traders fed up with shop-lifting have joined forces with police and the council to dob them in. Stores participating in the “keeping kids in school program” will not serve children in uniform without a valid pass.

SUNDAY trading has been officially declared open across Fremantle (except North Fremantle) with much of the port city municipality now a designated tourist area. Previously, only the CBD was a designated shopping area.

Western Power fails business test

TRADERS in Fremantle’s CBD are sick to the back teeth with Western Power after suffering a series of expensive blackouts. Fed up with the utility’s failure to fix the problem occuring down the port city’s main business avenue they are planning a class action to recoup their losses.
