THE Fremantle Dockers are threatening to move out of the port city if their desire to expand at Fremantle Oval is thwarted. The Dockers have long sought to expand westwards, giving the club and its merchandising a prime South Terrace presence.

Bigger, better Fremantle Dockers

A SUCCESSFUL strength and conditioning program has convinced Fremantle coach Mark Harvey his bulked up midfielders can go toe-to-toe with the best onballers this season.
Dockers players are noticeably bigger in their upper bodies and have improved their core strength around their waists and thighs.
“I would like to think that our midfield can at least match it with the great midfields that are around at the moment,” Harvey said.

Fremantle’s annual community camp will take place in Dunsborough in February, and the Eagles are planning a southern safari to Mandurah. The Dockers confirmed today the team, including skipper Matthew Pavlich and coach Mark Harvey, will visit the South-West, following their camps in the Kimberley last season.
