WOONERF is set to hit Fremantle. The Dutch-inspired movement to reclaim streets from motor car dominance has already been adopted in cities across the US, Canada, Europe and the UK. Now Fremantle city council is hoping to trial the road-sharing concept along the capuccino strip.
